Thrive After 3 Lead Clinician - Trained in ADHD Clinical Work
I provide compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care for children and adolescents ages 4 to 18. My approach to treating kiddos with ADHD blends CBT & DBTÂ skills with a variety of social-emotional learning practices to help young people better understand their emotions, manage impulse control, improve executive function, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier relationships with others and with the world around them! I aim to create a safe, supportive space where each child feels seen and heard, using a hands-on, fun and collaborative style that meets them where they are. I have experience working with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, and related concerns, and I believe in partnering with families to promote lasting growth.
 ADHD Certified CoachÂ
Rich is a trained ADHD coach and provides a calm and supportive aid in the TA3 room. Rich helps your child practice the skills while they’re actually doing the work. He is the coach who prompts and scaffolds so the skills stick!
 Clinical Intern
The clinical intern in Thrive After 3 serves as a structured support who functions similarly to an ADHD coach — with clinical awareness layered in.
They are not observers.
They are not assistants.
They are not shadow therapists.
They are active skill facilitators under supervision.
Their job is to support students in applying executive functioning and regulation strategies in real time while maintaining clinical awareness of emotional patterns, behavior triggers, and learning needs.
